Print! is very easy to use and comes with a full install/uninstall program. Supported features include: horizontal/vertical centering, sizing, print date/time above the screenshot, invert dark images to save ink/toner. It has a small memory footprint and does not influence the workings of other programs.
When activated the only thing you have to do is press the printscreen button. Hardly using any memory space, you won't notice any difference in the performance of your computer. Even when you configure Print! to use another printer, other programs will still use your default settings.
