Description: Scan and Sort it is a powerful, though easy-to-use archiver. Since the release 3 years ago there are thousands of users in all lines of business. In the Scan and Sort it database handwritten and/or printed documents are being stored. It's possible to find scanned documents and/or imported (graphical) files by giving along your own search-descriptions. With the optional OCR-module it is even possible to store the complete text (searchable) of scanned documents. There is no limit on the storage capacity of the database. Usually about 45,000(!) documents per Gigabyte can be stored. The databases are automatically divided in files of 650 MB in order to make backupping to e.g. CD-ROM easier. Scan and Sort it contains all features to make it a professional archiver. Among our customers are several big companies with over 1000 scans a day, but also individual clients who want to work more efficiently.
